The CLC Foundation: Program and Event Support

The CLC foundation is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit Corporation established in 1992 for the purpose of supporting the work of Community Living Corp (CLC), as well as the broader community, in serving the developmentally disabled.  It is a separate and distinct organization which supports several annual events and activities such as a  the CLC Choral Group, The Hidden Treasures Program and Annual Talent Show, and sponsors a fund raising gala each year which is attended by virtually all of CLC’s population as well as most of the extended families.  The Foundation provides financial support in the form sponsoring vacations and field trips for individual consumers who can not afford such events on their own.

The CLC Foundation: Supplemental Pooled Trust Management

CLC recognized the need to plan for the financial future of disabled people long ago.  There exists a gaping need to protect the hard earned assets of the families and parents for the benefit of their loved ones while simultaneously protecting the public entitlements.  CLC foundation assists families and disabled individuals in the creation and management of various types of special needs trusts.  A constant among all CLC affiliates is the individualized attention and responsive service that each of its clients receives.
